Introducing Turning Point
Growing up in the present time is difficult.
As children approach teenage and beyond, they gradually realize that life is hard. Its problems are challenging and often demoralizing. Soon after the academic tension of the early years come job-hunting in youth, problems of relationships, heartless pressures of the professional world, the stressful rhythm of urban living, and the unpredictable socio-economic conditions; at every stage of life, they feel stressed out, and overtaken.
Introducing Turning Point
While parents try their best to fulfill the educational needs of their children, very little is done to make them emotionally strong. Rarely are children trained to remain positive and navigate through life undaunted despite adversities. They are not even talked about so many whys and hows of things: why they become ill, get angry, or feel afraid; the reasons for their anxiety, boredom, frustration, and depression, and how to overcome all these.
In many cases they do not even know some very elementary things such as how to eat and sleep well, keep the body fit, and maintain goodwill in the heart so that they may grow up decently without being vulnerable to various forces that make them drift aimlessly in life and indulge in all kinds of stupidity, vulgarity, and perversion.
Children grow up without the necessary aptitudes to sail through this selfish world marred by maladies such as deceit, exploitation, and betrayal, on the one hand, and disappointments, misfortunes, and failures on the other. They do not know how to identify and avoid a harmful temptation or have the necessary acumen or the mental strength to refuse a wrong influence.
Turning Point will help the younger generation, particularly teenage students, to inculcate and fortify such invaluable qualities.
Based on ancient Indian wisdom, Turning Point has been designed to provide a strong psychological foundation to the younger generation. Drawing from the insights of the mystics, this App is a powerhouse of positive energies that can guide a child to imbibe the positivity that he needs to be spontaneously strong, judicious, and resilient.
A discretionary ability from a young age to distinguish between right and wrong choices, and a certain self-mastery to spontaneously reject the undesirable are crucial qualities needed to walk through life armed against all threats, temptations, confusions, and doubts.
