1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Turning Point, a mobile application (“App”) developed and operated by InnerWorlds (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use of the App

- The App may allow you to post or share content. You retain all rights to your content, but you grant us a license to use, modify, and display this content in relation to the App.

- You agree not to engage in any activity that is illegal, infringes on the rights of others, or is harmful to the App, its users, or InnerWorlds.
7. Modifications to the App and Terms
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time. We also reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time and will notify users of any significant changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
- InnerWorlds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InnerWorlds and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

- These Terms will be governed by the laws of the country of India.
